Warranty:
All our products are crafted with the highest quality materials and are designed to last for years to come. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer a limited warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from an accident.
Product Care:
To ensure the longevity of your product, we recommend following these care instructions:
Leather Products:
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme heat or cold
• Store your product in a dust bag when not in use
• Clean your product with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoiding contact with any embellishments or hardware
• Apply a leather protector to your product to prevent staining or water damage
Fabric Products:
• Spot clean your product with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoiding contact with any embellishments or hardware
• Machine wash your product on a delicate cycle, using a mild detergent and cold water. Air dry only.
Hardware:
• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or any other liquids
• Use a soft cloth to clean your hardware
Repairs:
If your product requires repair outside the warranty period, our skilled craftsmen are available to provide you with a repair quote. To arrange for a repair, please contact our customer service team and provide us with your product details, images of the issue, and your purchase information. Once we have received this information, we will provide you with a repair estimate and instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that the repair process can take up to six weeks, depending on the extent of the repair and availability of materials. We will do our best to repair your product to the best possible standards and get it back to you as soon as possible.
